What to expect

This intimate, guided tour begins in St. Paul's Chapel, nicknamed the Little Chapel That Stood, where people gathered for news of their missing loved ones in the immediate aftermath of the attacks. Your guide will share background of this historic spot, and how it became a center of support for so many New Yorkers. At the 9-11 Memorial, you'll stop at the Fireman's Memorial to learn of the FDNY's heroism during the attacks. Spot the Survivor Tree, a small pear tree that has become a symbol for rebirth around the city.

You'll then head towards the Reflecting Pools, which were built in the footprints of the fallen towers. The tour concludes with a visit to the stunning 9-11 Museum. You won't have to wait in line as your tickets have been pre-reserved. Before entering, though, your guide will share the layout of the spacious museum and give tips on what to see. You'll then have time to explore on your own, gaining deeper insight into the history of that tragic day and examining the museum's permanent collection.
