This hilltop fortress, castle, palace and monumental garden represent a sprawling and fantastic dream made real by successive kings of the Nasrid dynasty. With your expert local guide, you’ll explore all of its treasures, including:
- The Alcazaba Fortress – the oldest part of the Alhambra complex
- The Nasrid palaces: including the Mexuar, Comares, Lion palaces
- The Generalife – the sultan’s summer palace, found east the Alhambra and surrounded by sculpted gardens
NOTE: The visiting order of the different areas will be determined by the hour of entrance for the Nasrid Palaces. On occasion, the Alhambra Trust may alter the order of the visit and restrict access to certain areas.
