Leave Croatia for a day and discover the gems of Bosnia and Herzegovina! Even if Mostar is not very distant from Dubrovnik, its architecture and culture have their own character. During the tour, you'll also visit Kravice waterfalls and Pocitelj village - the historical stop of the merchants traveling to Mostar.
Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the Bosnian border - remember to bring a passport and a visa if you need one. The first stop will be Kravice waterfalls. It's one of the top tourist attractions in the area. The waterfalls are immersed in nature and the water is pristinely clear and cool, which makes this visit a great detour from congested and overcrowded urban areas. If you want, you can have a quick swim and relax.
Once arrived in Mostar, you will be greeted by a local guide and taken on a tour of Mostar’s old town - a postcard from the Ottoman era. Open-air bazaars, friendly locals, crystal-blue Neretva river, old bridge high-jumpers, mosques, the smell of Turkish coffee in the streets are just samples of what you will experience during this tour. You’ll have free time to explore the city on your own and have lunch.
On your way back to Dubrovnik, you will stop in Pocitelj village. It is a fortified little settlement on a hilltop where’s a mosque, a clock tower, and the view over the Neretva river from there is spectacular.
