Know in advance:

please choose your preferred meeting point by filling out the pick-up location field while booking: Tokyo station or Shinjuku station. No hotel pickup included
the night before your trip, you will receive an email regarding important information, such as the phone number of the tour guide and the license plate number of the car. Please make sure that your email and mobile phone can be reached
during winter, it will not be possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Oct. 1st to April 25th of the following year, the tour operator will offer a visit to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead
