Cold cuts such as Bresaola, Lardo and Pancetta are all handcrafted with exclusively Italian Lombard meats and the Lombard dairy production of mountain farms gives us real excellences cheeses like the famous Grana Padano
The tasting will also include a course of Pizzoccheri, a typical regional dish made with 80% buckwheat flour and 20% wheat flour cooked along with green and cubed potatoes, layered with pieces of Valtellina Casera cheese and ground Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano, dressed with garlic lightly fried in butter.
