What to expect

Leave towards Teotihuacán with your local guide. Stop on the way in Tlatelolco and visit the most famous archeological site in Mexico City. Did you know that it was part of the capital of the Aztecan Empire? Stroll through the Plaza de las Tres Culturas and see the confluence of its pre-Hispanic and colonial past with the present of Mexico.

Continue to the Basilica of Guadalupe, the most important pilgrimage center in Mexico and the second most visited Marian site in the world. Visit the interior of the most important Catholic Sanctuary of the world, built in honor of the patron saint of Latin America. Follow your guide around and discover the great importance of the site.

Arrive in Teotihuacán, known as the “City of the Gods”, and one of the most imposing sites in the Mesoamerican world. Visit its majestic buildings and advanced urbanization. Go into the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon and take advantage of the free time to reach its peaks. Tour the Road of the Dead, the main artery of the city, and visit some of its most emblematic buildings. Make sure not to miss the Palace of Quetzalpapálotl and the Temple of the Feathered Serpent!

  • Please be aware that the visit includes a lot of walking. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and be ready for some walking.
