You start the activity with a brief introductory lesson on how to stand-up paddle and safety measures. You will see the correct position on the board, how to hold the pole correctly and how to paddle better.
Furthermore, you start the activity following the coastline until you get out to the open sea. You will paddle for 30 to 45 minutes before stopping to relax and wait for the sunrise. In the same place, you can take a refreshing swim to start the day with energy. After the break, you will paddle back to the meeting point.
During the tour, the guide will help you to improve your paddling skills and technique. He will also take pictures and videos for you to keep as a souvenir.
