Nestled in the Dolomites, Italy's Trentino region is famous for its magnificent medieval architecture and fantastic food. We'll kick things off with a visit to Canale – all cobbled lanes, medieval houses and charming churches, it's arguably one of the prettiest villages in Italy. After free time, we'll head on to Azienda il Ritorno organic farm. From typical charcuterie and cheese, to biological honey, salads and ice cream, everything you'll taste here is roduced or sourced within less than a mile. There's a stop at the impressive Toblino Castle for coffee and strudel cake before rounding off at a distillery to try local spirit, grappa.
