If mucking about is your thing, then this is the tour for you – it's got oodles of fun. From the refreshingly cool Yuvarlakçay Water Gardens to the muddy fun at Pronatura Park and protected turtle reserve of Iztuzu Beach, this a daytrip with a difference. And in between all the frolicking, there's a Mongolian kitchen lunch to feast on.
Head inland to the Yuvarlakçay Water Gardens in the hills. Under the shade of trees, ice-cool cascades, swings and wooden footbridges offer a refreshing escape from the coastal heat. Stroll through the gardens or take a dip – the water is chilly – before heading to Pronatura Park. Challenge your family and friends to the mud adventure course and muck around with water games in which you'll get to squirt your family and friends with a blaster.
After a well-earned Mongolian barbecue lunch, we'll hit the road to Iztuzu Beach. Visit its Turtle Rescue Centre to learn all about the endangered loggerhead turtles that breed here. Afterwards, you'll have free time to relax on the beach's golden sands.
