Take off from Hurghada and touch down in Cairo, stepping straight into a world shaped by pharaohs and ancient wonders. After a short flight across Egypt, you’ll arrive in the capital and make your way to the Giza Plateau, home to the Pyramids and the Great Sphinx. Built over 4,500 years ago, these monuments formed the royal burial complex for the pharaohs Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure. You’ll explore its immersive exhibits, climb the Grand Staircase lined with huge artefacts and lose yourself in stories that stretch across millennia. Plus, it overlooks the Giza Plateau, so the views are every bit as breathtaking as the exhibits.
One of the museum’s highlights is the Tutankhamun Gallery, where over 5,000 treasures from the young pharaoh’s tomb are displayed together for the first time since their discovery.
