Fancy a few hours away from the crowds? Climb aboard a luxury catamaran and cruise along Corfu's east coast, passing small beaches, rocky coves and green hills along the way. There are morning and afternoon sailings, so you can pick the one that fits your day and spend a few hours seeing the island from the water.
When the captain drops anchor, you can stretch out on deck, soak up the sun or jump into the water for a swim. There's snorkelling equipment on board, too, if you fancy exploring below the surface. A meal, soft drinks and beer are included, so once you're on board, there's nothing much to think about apart from where to sit and when to take a dip.
There's some TV history to look out for, too. As you sail past Kontokali, you'll see the villa used as the Durrell family home in The Durrells. Further north, you'll pass the White House in Kalami, where writer Lawrence Durrell lived in the 1930s. Keep your camera ready – these are views of Corfu you won't get from the road.
