Your visit will begin at Plaza de Isabel II (Metro Opera), you'll have the time to admire the magnificent Royal Theatre of Madrid where prestigious performances take place every evening and where the 1969 Eurovision took place. It is behind this imposing building that the majestic Royal Palace is located.
After this moment of history, it is time for Spanish cuisine and its famous tapas, for that nothing better than to visit the market of San Miguel where you can taste the best dishes of the capital! Madrid has not finished surprising you and for that reason, you'll head to Plaza Mayor with its magnificent arcades where connoisseurs meet every Sunday morning for the stamp and coin market.
Afterward, you will stop at Madrid's central square: Plaza del Sol. You'll have the chance to take a picture of the Spanish mileage zero or the city's emblematic bear (the story will be told on-site, don't be impatient!). It is on this square that each year the tasting of the 12 grapes that celebrate the passage of the New Year takes place.
