What to expect

Experience the world of skydiving most securely and rapidly with a tandem skydive over the scenic island of Gran Canaria. This thrilling adventure requires no prior knowledge or experience, as you'll be given a brief training session on the correct body positions for exiting the aircraft, free-falling, and landing.

Once the aircraft reaches the appropriate altitude, you and your tandem instructor will leap into an incomparable sensation of free fall. For approximately half a minute, you'll plummet over the renowned Maspalomas Dunes at speeds exceeding 200 km/h. This adrenaline-fueled descent is then followed by a serene parachute glide lasting between five and eight minutes.

The journey concludes with a gentle touchdown on the Maspalomas Dunes, where your companions can witness your triumphant return to solid ground. This blend of thrill and tranquillity offers an unforgettable introduction to skydiving.

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

Participants whose weight is above 90 kg will be subject to a Tandem Instructor’s assessment to determine if their tandem skydive can be done. The weight limit is 100 kg. Surcharges apply to participants who weigh 90 kg and over. The extra amount for extra weight is 50€, which can be paid either in cash or by card on the spot, on the premises

Know in advance:

Please note that you must call the local operator to confirm your final date and time. You will find the communication details after booking
The recommended minimum age to skydive is 9 years. Parents / legal guardians' approval is required for minors (under 18 years old). There is no maximum age limit
Reasonable fitness is required (a medical certificate might be required depending on age, previous injuries and pre-existing conditions)
Wear casual clothing, comfortable pants that are ok if they get a stain or rip. Avoid skirts, dresses or anything that flaps around. You should wear closed shoes that will not fall off in free-fall. Most of the time it is 10 to 15 degrees colder at height than at ground level, so bring a few thin layers
Get a good night’s sleep before your big jump, as the epic adrenaline rush can be exhausting! You must not have consumed any drugs or alcohol within the eight hours preceding your skydive, and you should not scuba dive within 24 hours before skydiving
Skydiving is a weather-dependent activity, so arrive without time constraints. Keep your mobile on – the local operator will contact you on the day of your reservation if weather conditions are unfavourable

Next up is a local lunch in a family-owned restaurant, before you continue to Teror, the last stop on your adventure. Strolling past the balconied townhouses of Calle Real de la Plaza towards the mountain-framed basilica of Our Lady of the Pine is one of the defining Gran Canaria experiences.
