Experience a tasting of 4 organical wines: white Vernaccia, white Vernaccia Riserva Isabella, Chianti Colli Senesi, red Toscana IGT Il Botticello. Together with these wines, you will be offered local products such as bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, pecorino, parmesan, salami. Meanwhile, discover how a winery works through a guided tour of San Quirico cellar, learn about vinification processes and main techniques of wine production.

Discover how a winery works through a guided tour of San Quirico cellar. Learn about vinification processes and main techniques of wine production. Then, experience a maxi wine tasting including 5 organical wines: White Vernaccia, white Vernaccia Riserva, Chianti Colli Senesi, red Toscana IGT, S. Gimignano DOC Vinsanto with cantuccini. You will also have the chance to taste local products such as extra virgin olive oil, pecorino, parmesan, salami, finocchiona.

Winery tour, 5 wines and food tasting (Duration: 1.5 hours)
Discover how a winery works through a guided tour of San Quirico vineyards. Learn about vinification processes, about the main techniques of wine production and visit the wine cellar. Then, experience a maxi gourmet wine tasting and a typical lunch. The tasting will include 5 organical labels: white Vernaccia DOCG, white Vernaccia Riserva Isabella, Chianti Colli Senesi, red Toscana IGT, San Gimignano DOC Vinsanto with cantuccini biscuits. Food tasting will include extra virgin olive oil, pecorino, parmesan, salame, finocchiona, vegetables in oil, crostini and Tuscan soup.
