During your day-trip, you will have the opportunity to walk through a real ‘wine path’ and visit the small historic center of Bevagna, an enchanting medieval village surrounded by ancient walls, and production areas of excellent DOP quality oil (Protected Designation of Origin) and fine wines. There you will also visit a mill, where you could have the possibility to participate in an oil tasting.
You will enjoy a typical lunch in a local restaurant, where you could taste the typical dishes of the territory.
Then you will reach Montefalco, and you will enjoy a short walk through the suggestive alleys of the village and visit a local winery with wine tasting. You will also taste Sagrantino, a DOCG (Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin) wine, produced with grapes of the homonymous native vines among the oldest and most valuable in Umbria in its dry and Passito versions.
