The visit will end with a tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano of different aging periods: time is also an essential ingredient, which makes this cheese so extraordinary.
Your journey will then proceed to the Parma hills to discover another excellence of this land: Parma Ham. In a family-run ham factory, you will enter the curing room where you will delight in the flavor of curing Parma ham: every slice of this amazing product is a mix of traditional history and long preparation.
