Believed to be over 2 million years old, Al Hoota Cave holds the distinction of being the first and only show cave in the Arabian Peninsula. The cave stretches approximately 4.5 km, with 500 metres open to visitors, and houses a fragile ecosystem complete with subterranean lakes and exceptional wildlife, including the scarce Garra Barreimiae (Bu Naseh).
