One of Africa's best beaches is our destination for the day on this tour. Along the way, we'll tick-off typical Berber villages, shop for silverware in spice-scented souks, and stop by Youssef Ben Tachafine Dam, too. Star of the show though is Legzira Beach, where a seafront lunch is followed by free time on Morocco's most handsome stretch of sand.

There's no more Moroccan way to go sightseeing than on the back of a camel. And with this 90-minute ride, you'll be at one with nature as well. You'll be transferred to the north of Agadir where you'll enjoy a slow and steady journey through a banana plantation and one of the city's most picture-postcard beaches. We'll head to a ranch around an hours drive from Agadir to start, where you'll be partnered with a camel between two people. Then, the adventure begins. The camel trail takes you through trails sprinkled with exotic landscapes and sandy dunes. It's a route the whole family will enjoy.Over the 90-minute trip, you'll enjoy a privileged view over the countryside, passing through a banana plantation, as well as have the chance to spot wildlife in its natural surroundings. You'll also enjoy the scenic vistas surrounding Tamri Beach, and as you trundle along, they'll be a quick stop for selfie or two before we head back.

Sea, Dunes and Tiznit Off-Road Tour
The real Sahara Desert is several hundred miles away but there's a little-known place near Agadir that locals refer to as the ‘mini-Sahara'. You'll explore coastal villages and then head inland to Tiznit, famed for its silver jewellery, to find out the secrets of this Berber handicraft. Enjoy a variety of scenery on this off-road adventure from Agadir.Your journey kicks off with a drive south along the coast, stopping at the photogenic fishing village of Tifnit on the way. Then the real fun begins as we head off-road towards Sidi R'bat for a stop in a rustic tea shop. Swinging inland, there's time for some photos at the Youssef Ben Tachefine Dam before we arrive at the mini-Sahara for a flavour of the vast desert to the south.After all that excitement it's time for a relaxed Moroccan lunch of tagine, salads, and local fruits before we make our way to the ancient silver capital of Tiznit to see the walled ramparts and walk through the medina to admire the town's handcrafted Berber silver jewellery.

It's the classic mode of transportation in Morocco – a camel caravan. On this sunset tour, you'll tower above the dunes of Tamri Beach and ride alongside the Atlantic Ocean. Then round off the evening with a freshly sizzled barbecue dinner in the open air.After pick-up from your hotel, you'll arrive at the beach ready for your sandy adventure. High Atlas 4x4 Tour with Berber Lunch in Immouzer
From sea level to high altitude, this is a full day trip with a side-order of adventure. You'll travel by 4x4 into the Atlas Mountains from the coastal plains of Agadir to discover the Berber village of Imouzzer Ida Outanane. Jamal, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘Imouzzer means “waterfall” in Berber, the language of the Atlas Mountains. Indeed, there are several waterfalls in the heart of our green valley, a place known especially for the quality of its honey.'Your High Atlas Mountains off-road adventure begins with a light breakfast and then a photo stop at the cool, palm-clad Tamzargout oasis, where you can stretch our legs. As we travel higher up into the mountains, the jaw-dropping views over Paradise Valley are sure to leave an impression. We'll arrive in the village of Immouzer to see how life in a typical Berber mountain community unfolds. On hot days, you might see local kids jumping off the rocks into the natural pools just outside the village.As you stroll around the village, you'll pass stalls selling Moroccan souvenirs and the prized local honey. Jamal says, ‘My mother used to prepare an artisanal treat known as “amlou”, made with Immouzer honey mixed with crushed almonds and argan oil, a real Berber delicacy.' Next it's time for an al fresco lunch prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You'll have some free time to relax and take in your dramatic surroundings before we return to Agadir through a different route in the mountains.

Atlas Mountains Souks, Valleys and Oases Tour
Palm-lined gorges and a bustling market town nestled beneath the western Atlas Mountains are just what you can expect from this day trip from Agadir. You'll visit Immouzer, well-known for its Thursday market, and Paradise Valley, which is just as beautiful as its name suggests.You'll head out of Agadir towards Immouzer stopping along the way to take in the verdant landscape of Tamzargout oasis and enjoy a short walk through the olive grove. Once we arrive at Immouzer, we'll take you to see the waterfall the town is famous for, where you have some free time to wander around. Note that drought has affected the waterfall – it's now known for its natural plunge pool.We'll return into the centre of Immouzer to visit the souk that comes alive every Thursday when locals from the surrounding villages come and trade goods. Then it's on to Paradise Valley for a short walk to admire the scenery around this deep gorge with its lazy river running through the centre, where locals come and relax during the weekends.

You'll be able to admire the coastal and rural landscape just outside of Agadir, but in a way that you won't forget. After a quick introduction to buggy handling and a safety briefing from your guide, you'll be ready for the off. Hop into your two-seater buggy and set off into the countryside leaving just a cloud of dust behind you. You'll have fun speeding along country tracks and testing your off-road driving skills.We'll stop at a mid-way point and take a break in a local house for some traditional sweet Moroccan tea and homemade bread.
