With its intriguing underwater world, Akumal offers one of the best snorkelling experiences in the Riviera Maya. Encounter an array of tropical fish, corals, and perhaps even sea turtles. Next, you'll head to a natural cenote – a kind of sacred underground freshwater pool that's unique to this part of Mexico. Here, you can swim around ancient stone formations or simply relax and soak up the ancestral energy.

Your day kicks off bright and early with a trip to Delphinus, where you'll have the opportunity to get in the water in small groups with the dolphins that live in the park.
