Apreciará el vínculo eterno entre los cretenses y sus venerados olivos mientras recorre la larga herencia del cultivo del olivo en la isla. A las afueras del pueblo de Kritsa, en las colinas del este de Creta, seguirá a Nikos Plevritakis en un breve paseo hasta sus olivares, donde algunos árboles tienen entre 600 y 800 años, y aprenderá sobre el cultivo del olivo de la mano de un auténtico especialista.
