- October to March: Opens Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (last admission at 4:40 pm)
- April to September: Opens Tuesday to Sunday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (last admission at 5:40 pm)
- Closed on Mondays, 1st January, Easter Sunday, 1st May, 13th June and 25th December
- A typical visit lasts around 30 minutes, with most time spent at the higher levels
